It took a few days after the payment for it to get shipped, but I had no issues. The packaging was good, a lot of bubble wrap. The value of this for me, was great. The 9400 was a huge upgrade. I contacted the seller about the tracking number after it was created, as FedEx's system was slow to update, a response was received quickly. The console arrived with adequate packing with only the existing damage noted in the listing. The console was locked with a password which was not disclosed in the listing, but I was able to find a recovery option through Microsoft.
