    Mailed quickly in a well-padded box. Unfortunately, instead of leaving the box by the house door, the mail carrier decided to cram a package that was too big for the mailbox in it anyway, bending the box in order to make it fit. Sadly the model ended up being broken because of this. I contacted the seller about the incident. She was very helpful & cooperative & refunded my money in a very timely manner. It was a beautiful model, as described & at a good price. Would buy from this seller again
