The fed ex driver neglected to put the pick up instructions on the deliver tag like he was supposed to, and it took two days to locate after it supposedly had been delivered. The seller on the other hand called them as soon as I asked for help, then contacted me right away. when it was found it was packed very well. However, the shipping method chosen (USPS Ground Advantage) is HORRIBLE for deliveries in my area. I forewarned of this, but it was chosen anyway! As a result, it took 10 DAYS TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE!
