    First of all, I want to say that the seller is excellent. I have never had any problems with PUR filters. What I received from the post office was a destroyed box and one of the filters had a big crack in it. I tossed the busted filter and box. The seller is not responsible for what the post office did. I do not want to pursue anything. It is not worth the hassle.
