Excellent communication from the Seller keeping me informed all the way. As described on Sellers Page, genuine replacement part but unfortunately the new print head hasn’t solved the problem (B200). I contacted the seller to explain my dissatisfaction & to say i would be returning the item. I put it back in the box (replacing the plastic plug cover & including the directions) & into the original plastic bag - exactly as it had arrived - but the seller only refunded £6 saying it "wasn't returned in the original condition". Although Ebay refunded me, I wouldn't trust this seller again.
