I contacted the seller & was brushed off with a comment to try goo be gone... That didn't work. Nor did Mineral oil as suggested on the NGC website. I AM NOT GOING TO PUT A SLABBED COIN WITH CHEMICALS ON IT IN WITH MY OTHER SLABBED COINS.. I bought another slabbed 2013 S from an ebay trusted dealer.
