Fed-x ground is not gentle with the boxes they ship, and the box was very beat up and partially crushed. The hat's brim was bent up a bit, however I will be able to steam it back into shape. While I'm sure the item was shipped as it looks in the photos, I didn't expect to have to spend time making it look that way again after receiving it.
