Seller kept in contact, quick responses to all my questions, tried to help any way he could, and speedy shipping as far as getting it in the mail goes. Contacted usps after over two weeks of not receiving item. It stopped being updated several days before contact was made. USPS suggested to request a refund as it appears to be lost in mail stream. Seller immediately refunded.
