So my package arrived and it came with two left-handed controllers I contacted the merchant they told me I need to send one of them back before I can receive the right-handed one the original purchase I made was advertised for and including left and right controllers. I don't think I should have to wait I don't think it was my mistake. Not good

    Watch wasn't what I ordered, i paid this money for a Ultra 2 but i received an Ultra 1. contacted the seller and they answered me that the box said Ultra 2 but because was an open box they can't verify the content. At the end no additional assistance from the seller, unfortunately online there are also this kind of sellers. To avoid for how they behave and for the poor assistance.

    Based on our record the watch shows Ultra 2 and both serial number on the box and also the apple website has been verified that , However since the buyer claimed it is not ultra 2 even though all of our records showing we sent the right product , We asked the buyer to return the item since we do have free 30 days return and we provide shipping return label as well ,However the buyer didn't want to return the item and decided to keep the item , So there was nothing else we could do for this case
