The seller just stuffed it in a thin plastic bag without any protection. The package arrived with multiple holes where the jacket was exposed to the dirt and element. A miracle it even made it. The jacket is relatively ok but the down part in the front is very lumpy & not evenly distributed, leaving areas with no insulation - because of this it is not going to insulate from the cold well
