FedEX and DHL both handle the new customs fees and paperwork. Took 5 minutes to find them. I can only conclude that he never intended to sell the yari, and after the market was set by my bid, sold it locally, thus saving shipping fees and customs paperwork. A horrible transaction. Yes, I was refunded my money, but I really wanted the item.
