I thought, no problem, I'll just return them. Well turns out you have to fight tooth and nail with these stingy Chinese to get a refund or return. The set cost about 45 dollars and they were offering to refund 8, then 11 then 25. They did not want to return them until several days later. They know they're lying about the lumens. Disgusting. They havent changed their listing either
