In this instance, the customer is stating there are issues with the item, which very well could be true, but none of this was ever brought to our attention. Yet again (as we see on eBay time and time again) the customer jumps straight to leaving neutral or negative feedback without notifying the seller of a problem FIRST. How can we fix an issue if we are not made aware of it? That just makes no sense.
