The computer I received had a completely inoperable battery. After waiting a couple of weeks they claimed USPS lost the battery. I asked for less than the averages price of a new replacement and they counter offered with less than half of that price. I understand if you can't guarantee a battery but be upfront about it. I would have spent more on a 100% functioning computer elsewhere had I known.
