I do feel it can really help cause the design of this club makes sense especially for seniors! I bought another one for my son as he is a good golfer but I think it will improve his short game too. Just have to get used to the hosel being out of the way when it comes to the grip on the club but overall I'm happy with it! I bought the 52* and two 56* ( 1 for my son)
