    Before purchasing I specifically asked if this item came with both Japanese and English audio and subtitle options and the seller told me it did. When the item arrived I discovered that was untrue and the item had no English options at all. The seller offered to refund me half the cost but I convinced them to refund me the entire cost instead. That's the only reason I'm leaving neutral feedback instead of negative, though I was tempted to leave negative anyway since they wasted my time.
