Swore an oath to duty and honor, Her loyalty will be tested when she is accused by a defector of being a Soviet sleeper agent, with a deadly agenda to kill the Russian president and trigger World War III. Evelyn SALT goes on the run as her CIA bosses, agent Peabody (Chiwetel Ejiofor û DIRTY PRETTY THINGS), track her down, SALT fights to stay ahead in attempt to prove her innocence and rescue her kidnapped husband. Her mentor, Winter (Liev Schreiber û THE MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE), only grows more suspicious of her true motivations. Using all her skills and years of experience as a covert operative SALT creates unpredictable twists and action packed suspense this unforgiving thriller.
