The DVD are new in the package. They were a fair price considering. The DVD cases and disk themselves have a nice look to them. This isn’t the sellers fault but the manufacturers, the season 1-6 box set was made cheap and when it arrived multiple DVDs had broke lose of there holders. But this isn’t a problem for me because I use a DVD book to store my media.

I have tried playing them on 2 different DVD Players and my disk drive on my computer. They all skipped like crazy to the point I couldn't even watch a single episode without it skipping every couple minutes. The quality on the DVD's is so bad you can see boxes of pixels on the screen all the time. Both disks from season 3 didn't even have audio. They are also full of scratches and the disks look fake.

When tracking the item the information as to where the item was in transit, the entries just stopped without comment. I contacted Ebay and got a very fast response with directions as to what to do if the item did not arrive by a specific new date.
