The parts were VERY scratched up and the covers were not there. The packaging was almost non-existant, and when I contacted the seller for an explanation, their initial response was, 'not to be smart, but these parts are 20 years old.' That didn't explain why the parts arrived different than what was shown in the pictures. Seller did give a partial refund, which is why they got 3 stars instead of 1.

It should have been a working fan, it was not.The fan I received only ran about half speed. The motor was partially stuck, had a lot of drag. It appears good on the outside but is obviously not working properly. It is of no use to me as the only good part of this fan is the bracket. Not buying any more used electrical parts from any supplier.
