The seller said "with key" and had a picture with a ruler covering a label (left). I believe he sincerely thought in good faith that there was a product key under the ruler, but alas, there is not (2nd pic). This number is just a certificate number, not a product key (which would look like JX856-PDK3K-C2348-F8OA1-KOAFJ). I ended up buying another copy of Vista (with a real product key) from another seller.
