- f***1 (77)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseOrdered two keyboards. One came with no "Y" key and the other have a mangled up bottom left side frame. Very disappointing. Seller did issue a refund withing the hour of dropping off the return to USPS. That is worth 3 stars.
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseUnprofessional and rude,stay away!Received item for a different customer,seller demanded to ship it back same day.Then sent an incomplete item-missing PSU.Finally the PSU arrived,but for a different device:missing -54V rail=PoE doesn't work.Gaslights me this is the correct PSU,yet even the item's photo shows a different one.Then asks if I'm a reseller-I'm not,but what does it change?Promises to ship correct one,then states is too expensive.Promised a refund if returned,but never provided label.Reply from: luckywolf29- Feedback replied by seller luckywolf29.- Feedback replied by seller luckywolf29.We shipped the correct power adapter but he asked the POE(power over Ethernet) version and I told this person the version he is asking way to expensive. our listing does not show any power adapter details at all but he is saying the power adapter in the picture looks big so it has to be POE version. We never stated any specials power adapter than the standard power adapter. I asked him to return it so we can refund him since he does not want it. But he never used return service.
