    Item showed up not as described but after talking to the seller, it seems they were scammed by whoever they got the GPU from originally.. which is unfortunate. The seller VERY quickly did a partial refund to compensate for how much I paid over what the actual GPU model I received is selling for. They did exactly what they could to make things right. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. They were great at resolving this issue. This seller stands by their reputation.
