I have made mistakes myself. However this card is easily 10 times if not more worth the value of the comic book I purchased. Told the seller I would happily ship the card to the correct buyer. Seller said they would reimburse me for the comic book. No problem. In my mind shipping it to the rightful owner is the proper thing to do. No comic book, no reimbursement of any kind. I paid to ship.
