    I only asked him if he know the difference between 48u-S and 48u-L m guy sent him standard license(ipbase) instead of low level (lanbase) and he got an upgraded version yet he is saying that he did not order it. then I asked him if I can replace it but he said he will keep it then he left this feedback. I was not rude to him at all. I was only doing my best to help him
