        Item was damaged in shipping even though I asked the seller to take extra care to protect it from damage. When I returned it because of the damage the seller refused to send a full refund and did not send a refund for the cost to ship it back, blaming me for not following the 'eBay return policy'. The few times I returned items I have never been asked to follow a return policy and have always received full refunds. Seller refused to take responsilbility for their mistake.
