    I ordered 2 laptops and they arrived within the specified time frame. They were packaged better than any previous purchases from eBay. Both laptops were in almost new condition with no indication of wear or abuse. The first laptop worked perfectly. The second laptop would not boot. After significant trouble shooting, I was unable to correct the problem. I contacted All Systems Go computers, explained the problem and steps taken to correct it. They immediately authorized return for refund.
