Big problem with EVRI who, after shipping from Turkey, managed to lose the item on a local delivery but proved impossible for both sender and recipient to contact and get any updates or human response for over 7 days. Seller went the extra mile to assist. Replacement item shipped out and arrived within 17 hours. 100% to sellers assistance, but after 3 delayed and mislaid items being handled by EVRI, small traders must be suffering.
