After contacting the seller about inability to connect device with the app, the response was rude and the person denied that this item had been opened. Turns out that the Device had been linked to another device previously meaning it was opened prior to me receiving it. The item was in like new condition but I was forced to contact the company who had to disconnect the Device from the connection that was made prior to my purchase to allow me to connect it to my phone.
