My experience with you has been very negative, with multiple reasons for why the item was not shipped properly and accusations, from theft of parcels by people posing as postal workers, to eBay having my address wrong and me not wanting to send personal information over email. Never had any issues like this before. I do hope you can retrieve it, but I am certainly glad I am no longer out money for a product I never received.
