I have purchased couple of hundred pieces from this vendor. Very beautiful pieces very pleased. They will resize a ring for $7 which is great,bought ring and asked to size to a 7.5. It was not done. When it arrived it was a 10.25. Mounting has black rhodium over silver which cannot do in this country. I asked him to credit me $12. He made a big deal about it,made me take a picture of it,show that it was a 10 which I did.Did credit $12,now has blocked me from buying! Costing me $ in lost sales!
