Was very disappointed that the dongle was not included in the purchase of this keyboard witch leaves the keyboard unoperative. They did let me return the keyboard and I did get my money back.

The packaging was excellent and the two door harps were exactly as I expected. Not sure why the shipping cost was that much but, combined with the low price, it was worth it.
