I won item & paid immediately. Next day they refunded with no explanation. I emailed to ask and they said "It is damaged , can’t sell". I said "What is damaged? I probably would still have wanted it, did not see any concerns in pics". She changed her story to "The truth is my husband put it into the garbage room, and the garbage man put it into the machine when I tried to get it back". Wanted me to cancel order. Poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend. Nothing but excesses
