Le vendeur n'y est pour rien et avait heureusement très bien emballé l'appareil qui a été livré rapidement. Par contre UPS a jeté je répète jeté le paquet pourtant marqué "fragile à manipuler avec soin" PAR DESSUS mon portillon de jardin en disant qu'il m'avait été remis en main propre = SCANDALEUX. Et bien sûr je n'ai eu que des problèmes pour tenter de faire remonter une réclamation et que lorsque enfin mon mail a pu partir il a fallut que je téléphone sans succès à UPS pour prise en compte.
