As a customer of Speed-motoring / Ebay I was robbed of my money, I bought a 2013 Kia Optima SXL carbon diffuser and it did not fix my car, Speed-motoring asked if I would take a patial payment refund for the part I can't used, they said they couldn't send me a return label so I could send part back. I contact Ebay and was told to return item back to the seller in China, per FEDX to return item to china would cost $1,035 US dollars. Why isn't Speed-motoring not responsible to return or keep.
