Had damaged fins underneath thick foam undamaged packaging, so I'm confident it didn't happen during shipping. Not a huge deal as I can get a fin comb and most likely straighten them out. However I was a bit disappointed they didn't offer a discount on this or a future purchase or any kind of a small gesture, however my only options after contacting them where to keep it or return it at my expense.
