The shoes I bought we sold as new in the box. I figured there would be some small defects at one place or the other cosmetic flaws on the shoes. But did not expect the sole stitching to be missing on one of them for about a 1 1/2 inches right in the side of the where it bends. I took it to a local shoe shop to get fixed. Shop said I should return if I could, because the repair would be difficult without them broke in. 2 message for return info no response in weeks. Factory seconds
