Part does not fit the 2003 Eurovan GLS 2.8 automatic transmission as ebay states that it does. I read somewhere that they fit years 2000 and earlier. The bolt circle is too small (108MM) vs 120MM on the 2003. The part appeared to be very well made and came with all new bolts which is a plus. Great part for the price.
