Seller did not mention that this had poor wifi reception until after I installed and set this up, and then asked him about it. Seller offered a $15 partial refund but then refunded $12.89 instead, seriously? If I had known he would lied to me a second time, I would have returned the item.

This is what I received from eBay. It hard to please a buyer if he sees everyone as a lier! He called me a lier for this doorbell show in black and white at night time, I explained that this is how it works according to technical specs. He blamed me for a bad WiFi signal but never provided actual numbers. This video doorbell worked perfectly fine when I used it.
