Fan/motor in aluminum frame would have needed to be altered so that coolant overflow tank would property fit in pre drilled slots. My initial thought was to drill additional holes but ended up using motor and blades w/ OEM plastic frame and also had to rewire to fit OEM connector. The motor and blades work good so far but have not went on a ride as of yet. The motor and blades are quieter and seem to cool temp down faster than OEM. I have 2021 Sportsmen 850 Premium.
