Wow!!! Amazing painting huge and glorious.
However, getting the package through customs was a challenge.
1) If the product was purchased for more that a certain amount, customs needs docs
2) If you try to send the documents on a phone-it won’t work but no one will tell you that. Must use a desktop. Docs must be in PDF
3) US Customs wants your SS# and a copy of your SS card or a W-2 / or EIN# and tax returns to prove who you are?
After much research (because this sounds like a scam) ITS TRUE!

Overall experience was positive except for shipping cost. Shipping was expensive for a painting, oil on canvas laid down on panel without a frame, but was GBP 120. When request a cheaper option told they only use DHL to ensure quality shipping experience which would normally be fine but expensive in this case since shipping was more than the cost of the painting. Now we know better. The only issue with this seller this time , one we have bought from many times and always were very pleased.
