Lovely item but not as described. Said size 7- more like 5/6. Seller good comms but couldn’t use as too small and postage price prohibitive to return. Was offered 50% refund but so far no sign.

The boots stated they were a size 7 which they were. You messaged and told me they didn't fit & would cost you £12.50 to return them, I replied it would cost £5.50 tracked 48 - same service they were dispatched to you with but I was more than happy to refund you 50% instead if you would rather keep them as a goodwill gesture. You didn't reply which is the reason why you hadn't received a refund as I had no idea which option you wanted to do. NO reply from you whatsoever.
