Fast shipping, good communication, Had to return, item should've been sent in the unlock position.

What the buyer omitted is that he picked a specific gear, knowing it was locked as it can be seen in the picture. The reason for return is that he couldn't unlock it. The gear was returned damaged from attempt(s) of unlocking it, and it was overlooked and a full refund was given. Now the item should've been sent in the unlock position? Quite contradicting....why pick a locked gear if you feel like it should be sent in the unlock position?
