I purchased this desktop for my elderly Mom. Everything was fine until we assembled her monitor and it had a faulty design where it tilts forward with no way to adjust it. I contacted seller and described the issue and provided pictures. Thus started the beginning of a long arduous process of many many messages where I was told the most ridiculous things to do. Finally I requested a shipping label and to send monitor back. I boxed it up and sent it back and received a credit. All is well.
