There was an issue with logistics partner and EGS, they were not accepting booking for your country, which was beyond our control, we kept updating you about on going solutions, every 3rd day via DM and dispatched the parcel as soon as the issue was resolved, and the parcel was delivered within 9 working days as per our commitment 3-15 days delivery.
