This one is hard to give feedback for. The seller had good communication and took steps to make things right, but they sent size 7 shoes in a size 7 marked box instead of size 11, and the shoes have a white sole with black trim rather than the color matched sole and trim in the description. Although they messaged even before the shoes arrived to say they noticed the shipping mistake they did not have size 11 to send me. They did say I could return them international shipping complicated this.
