The software is brand new and works perfectly. If it's not working, it's certainly an issue with your computer, operating system, or just general incompetence on your behalf. It's super annoying when buyers who can't even spell properly leave negative feedback, but don't open a return, request a replacement, or even message us to try to troubleshoot the issue. But you probably figured out how to install the software 30 seconds after posting this and now we're stuck with this dumb feedback.
