I reached out to the seller and he denied the issue and declided selling me pins to fix my problem then proceeded to block any further transactions and communication with me. I wasnt blaming him for the issue either which made matters worse and more confusing. Trying to believe him, it appeared to be a shipper issue or was he in fact lieing about how they were shipped. Not sure because it never got resolved. Terrible ebayer
