First, package was delivered very slowly. It was 4 days after the expected due date. Fedex couldn't track it for me due to the type of delivery the seller sent it as. It was delivered to the wrong address. Once I opened my package it was very dusty and dirty looking. When I charged it and turned it on MOST of the keys DID NOT WORK!
