Arrived as described although quality not as good as expect for cost. Cable is very fine and risk of fracturing and moulded mounting bracket is limiting. Have not tested lights yet but hope they are better than the build quality. Arrived in plastic bag as a result boxes heavily damaged as photos demonstrate. Usually LED lights of this type are shipped in boxes suitable for transit conditions.
