This is very unfair feedback as i'm currently in the process of sorting this out, as you know. I messaged you on the 16th May 2024 to let you know that the item has just left the overseas sorting centre on the 15th May and should be with you soon. I am very sorry the item has been delayed but it was despatched on time and i can't control delays within Royal Mail or customs in another country.
